“I just read your email and I understand what you’re saying, but I think that we may need one or two of those people who say “it’s too hard” in the front seat.
If nothing else, just to force us to prove them wrong. A little motivation to NOT be like that & to NOT accept that things are “too hard” goes a LOOONG way.
It’s what has got me through the not-so-great-times,… like high school -ha ha!”
