I love improv! I think the people that do it have such clever minds and I respect the level of talent that great improv requires. Improv is not only fun to watch, it is full of skill-sets that can serve you well in all areas of your life.
Some tenants of improv include: making your partner look good, trusting that you can handle the situation and the unknown, embracing failure and being open to possibilities and not shutting things down without contributing a solution.
Experts in the field, Stephen Sim and Caity Curtis joined me on CJOB radio this week and explained (with humour of course) how living Your Life, Unlimited is much more feasible with comedy on your side.
